Course Registration
You can register for a course online, via fax, or via mail. First-time registrants should refer to the
Registration Guidelines page for additional information.
Online
Fill out the online application form by clicking the "Register" button on each course detail page.
Once you submit the form, you will receive an email message confirming the course you've registered for.
Fax
Print and fill out the PDF application forms for Nuclear Services or Nuclear Fuel and fax it to one of the following phone numbers:
